For acquirers & PSPs
Stop prefunding the markets you settle in
Cross-border settlement is slow, so acquirers park capital in every market to pay merchants on time. Velocity settles merchants the same day, fiat in and fiat out, eliminating prefunding entirely.

- Fiat in, fiat out
- Regulated custody
- Real-time settlement
Prefunding is the cost of slow settlement.

Local Currency
Fiat in, fiat out; stablecoins are the invisible rail in the middle. No integration with your acquiring platform, and no change to your network membership.
Send the day's network settlement, in USD or EUR, to your Velocity account.
We convert to local currency at institutional pricing, once.
Your merchants receive local currency in the bank accounts they already use, in real time.
What acquirers do
on Velocity
Use cases
What doesn't
change
Velocity sits between the network and your merchants' banks. Everything around it stays as it is.
Your network membership
Works inside existing settlement arrangements.
Your acquiring platform
The mismatch use case needs no integration with your processing stack.
Your balance sheet
Fiat in, fiat out if you want it. You never have to hold crypto, and neither do your merchants.
Your merchant experience
Local currency, existing bank account, just sooner.
Built on
regulated rails
Regulated custody
Your funds sit in regulated custodial wallets that are bankruptcy remote, insured and segregated from any custodian's balance sheet.
Real-time screening
Every flow is screened in real time for sanctions and travel-rule compliance.
Aggregated liquidity
Liquidity is aggregated across stablecoin issuers, exchanges and OTC desks and smart-routed for best execution.
Questions
acquirers ask
Where do our funds sit between settlement and payout?
In a regulated account in your name. Where a stablecoin leg is used, it runs through a regulated custodial wallet that is bankruptcy remote, insured and segregated, so the balance is yours and never part of a custodian's estate.
How is FX priced, and who sets the rate?
We source institutional liquidity across issuers, exchanges and OTC desks and route each conversion for best execution. You see the rate at quote time, before anything moves.
How does reconciliation work?
Every settlement carries one reference from the moment it leaves the network to the moment it reaches the merchant's bank. Our report shows the stablecoin received, the rate applied and when, the local-currency amount paid and the fees taken, mapped line by line to the network's own settlement file. Reports run every day the flow runs and are available in the dashboard or by API.
Do we, or our merchants, ever hold crypto?
Only if you choose to. Fiat in, fiat out is available on every flow; the stablecoin is the rail in the middle.
